Century Bliss's Maintenance charges are regularly taken fees to maintain the common areas of the township. These charges are taken at Rs. 70/sq. ft. for a year, along with GST charges. These charges have to be paid by all the homeowners on a monthly basis. The charges are set by the homeowners' association after taking possession of the flats. The charges are set at Rs. 5/sq. ft. and have to be paid on a monthly basis.
